Do you ship to the UK after Brexit?
Due to the current uncertain situation between the UK and the European Union, we are unfortunately unable to send orders to the UK.
My order hasn't arrived, what should I do?
The courier sent you the shipment number in an email. Please contact the courier directly or contact email@example.com, we will be happy to help you find out where your package is and why it is delayed.
How quickly will my items be shipped after ordering online?
We will ship your order no later than the next business day. Total delivery time depends on the destination country. Delivery times can be found here
What if the package is damaged during transport?
In this case, it would be best to not accept the shipment from the courier, reject the package and inform us of the situation. We will do our best to send you your purchase again or return the paid amount to you as soon as possible. When you decide to accept the package from the courier, remember that you must write a damage report with them directly. Otherwise, the subsequent complaint would not be taken into account by the courier and the damage would be difficult for both you and for us to prove. When damage is found and a report is filed, the package stays with you for the time being. We guarantee that we will help you with the process of sending the damaged package back to us and with further settlement of the whole matter.
Can I "postpone" the shipment of my order for a few days?
Yes! Write the request in the order or contact our customer service, either by email or phone. Please have your order number on hand.
