    Of course you can, and we are quite proud of this option. You can really think about your purchase when shopping with us. If you aren't 100% sure about your size, you can order multiple sizes and decide at home which one suits you best. You can send the rest back to us unworn and in the original packaging, or return it in person at one of our stores. We will happily refund you for the returned products. Please order wisely so that the items don't travel unnecessarily between our warehouses.

  • How can I cancel an order?

    In this case, contact our customer service as soon as possible. Be sure to include the order number and we will be happy to process this request for you.

  • How do I know that the order was successful?

    An automatically generated email will be sent to your email address as a confirmation of your order. If you did not receive such an email, please check your spam folder.

    3) Move the cursor to the bottom of the page to the section titled “Password”
    4) Enter the required new password in the "PASSWORD" and "RETYPE PASSWORD" fields and click on the "Save" button.
    5) Sign out of the website - in the upper right corner via the figure icon and then "Sign out"
    6) A new password will be required the next time you sign in.

  • If I choose in-store pickup when I order online, do I have to pay for the order in advance?

    No, you don't have to. You can conveniently pay in the store by card or in cash for a fee of CZK 10. You can get free shipping from us for orders above CZK 1,500 (below this amount, shipping costs CZK 19). This fee covers the cost of delivering your order to our store. We are happy to prepare your order for you, but please take the environment into account so that the goods do not travel unnecessarily between warehouses.

  • I have already made the order, but I forgot to apply the discount code.
