• How do I return my purchase, and to where?

    You can return the product(s) in person at our store or send it by registered mail to our address of our warehouse in Teplice (Stanová 1182/2, Teplice, 41501, Czech Republic) together with this completed form. We will take care of everything else. The postage is paid for by the customer.

  • Until when can I return my purchase?

    Because we want to offer you the best service, you can return your item(s) within an extended period of 30 days from time of purchase.

  • Where can I find the return form?

    The form that needs to be filled out and delivered in the case of sending the package back to the warehouse in Teplice can be found here. You can also find the form at the back side of your invoice that you received together with your ordered products.

  • Who pays for the postage when returning a purchase?

    The customer pays for the postage themself. In your own interest, we recommend insuring the package in the amount of the price of the items. This service should be offered to you at the post office when sending the package back.

  • How long will it take to get my money back to my bank account if I send the goods to the warehouse in Teplice?

    If the goods are sent to our warehouse in Teplice, your money will be returned within 14 days of the delivery of the parcel to us. However, this time is usually much shorter (in the order of days).

  • When will I have my money back?

    At our stores, they will immediately refund your money using the same method that you paid for the goods. When paying by card, it takes up to 5 working days to rewrite the money. If the goods are sent by parcel to the warehouse in Teplice, your money will be refunded within 14 days of delivery of the parcel. Usually, this time is much shorter (in the order of days).
