The Buffet brand largely uses so-called "dead-stock fabrics". These are fabrics that originated as an overproduction of Italian fabric manufacturers. Specifically, the brand uses cotton, wool, polyester or Tencel Lyocell.
The brand guarantees that the dyes used in the production are not harmful to the environment or the workers who handle them.
The brand is responsible for ensuring good working conditions for workers at level 1 of the supply chain. The clothes are made in the Portuguese textile area in family businesses. Workers are provided with a safe working environment and receive adequate wages.
The brand knows its suppliers only for level 1 - therefore it does not know the suppliers of raw materials or processed materials.
The complete production chain has a shorter path than 10 000 km.
The Buffet brand supports the "Kto Pomôže Slovensku" initiative.
