Don't forget to send us the request number in the shipment (you can write it on the box or enclose it on a piece of paper.
We recommend sending the shipment with the option of tracking its delivery to ensure that it has arrived.
The request is valid from the day you send the package. Therefore, please send the goods as soon as you complete the form.
Once we receive the shipment, we will send you a confirmation email. By law, we have 30 days to process the request, but in the vast majority of cases we manage it much faster.
