We have found a French brand for you, the founders of which have a "blanket policy." Veja supports small farmers, keeping the northeastern Brazil economy at a steady level. Annually, it buys cotton from 320 families living in organic farming.
Gumu is made from rubber, which is freely available only in the Amazon forest. It carefully checks the production and storage of the skin and also insists that the production has the least impact on the environment.
Veja has been the Fairtrade brand since 2009. This means in practice that all its steps from the harvest of cotton to the money and products are monitored.
